We guarantee all the gear we make. If a Skinny Jim product doesn’t perform, look or last as its meant to, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you – for the lifetime of the original owner.
Return
and Refund
If you’re not happy with your order for any reason (and it remains in perfect condition) get in touch within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll sort a return and/or refund as soon as possible.
For product flaws, defects, transit damage or anything else not up to standard, we will cover return shipping. For ‘change of mind’ orders, return shipping will be at the cost of the buyer (but still arranged by us).
