We designed these 270 awning brackets to fit seamlessly with the Skinny Jim Roof Rack System, easily withstand the dynamic forces of a 270/freestanding awning, and look great on your Suzuki Jimny.

For awnings with a conventional attachment method (ie. parallel channel rails with a bolt spacing of 148mm maximum). This covers the vast majority of 270 awnings.
Clean, secure, no drill attachment – no need to force fit the manufacturer brackets, or drill any holes in your roof rack.
Perfect fit for the Skinny Jim roof system. Attach seamlessly Strong Boy Bars, Mighty Smart/Long Rack & Inbetweener Platforms.
Super strong under dynamic load (be that hard off-roading or a windy day at camp).
Elevated height. 50mm of height adjustment. The top fixing point sits 194mm above height of roof rack.
Matching finish to the rest of our roof gear. Super tough, UV and scuff resistant powder coat.
Marine-grade aluminium construction with stainless steel fixings.
All hardware and tools provided, for a dead simple install.

To check your awning compatibility, check that the rear of the awning has a conventional attachment method ie. parallel bolt channels, with a max bolt spacing of 148mm.
The kit includes everything you need to attach to either the Strong Boy Bars alone, or the Mighty Smart/Long Rack.
2 or 3 x awning brackets, 2 x M8 bolts per bracket, 2x M8 flange nuts per bracket, 1 x 60mm threaded washer per bracket, 1 x 60mm square spacer w/ pin per bracket (only required for Mighty Rack), 1 x long reach hex key, 1 x 13mm ring spanner.

Use your manufacturer supplied awning bolts.
