The perfect ‘in between’ roof rack configuration – slotting right in between our Strong Boy Bars (required). This tough, super lightweight roof platform is the latest addition to the our modular roof rack system.
If you don’t want to commit to our full roof tray, but do want to carry a variety of gear on your roof, without the hassle of added brackets – the Inbetweener is the ticket.
We’ve prototyped and tested the heck out of this little roof platform, and are really happy with where we’ve landed.
Designed for bags, swags, boxes, and Maxtrax mounting. Best mates with our Quick Clip strapping system.
A featherweight 4.5kg, you can opt for one or two (Double Inbetweener) without worrying about weighing your Jimny down.
Quick release system allows you to whip the platform on and off in less than a minute – giving you complete flexibility for the adventure ahead.
No tool, no time install. The platform comes ready to go. Slide into the t-slots of your bars. Twist the Quick Release Handles to secure.
Quick Clip strap ready – 23 attachment slots, covering all angles and load types.
Single or Double– run one half-width platform for a versatile and tactical option. Or run two side-by-side and build a super lightweight full platform.

Static load rated to 80kg, and tested up to 30kg offroad (dynamic). We can’t state a figure beyond this due to Suzuki’s specified 30kg dynamic load rating for the Jimny itself.
Rest assured the platform is strong. -
The platform slides into the T-slots of the Strong Boy Bars, with a locating bolt. Twist each handle to clamp and secure. Twist to release.
